Film State 51 announces it will produce the upcoming film Grim Fairy Tales by the Master of Horror, Herschell Gordon Lewis, innovator of the modern horror film.
Film State 51 has acquired the option to produce the all-new screenplay authored by The Master of Horror himself, Herschell Gordon Lewis, director of such terrifying classics as Blood Feast, Two-Thousand Maniacs!, and The Wizard of Gore. H.G. Lewis will direct, with Film State 51 producing. It is scheduled for release in 2006.
