On an expedition to a remote island, a group of scientists and trappers discover more than just the giant ape they are looking for. When King Kong is trapped, he is brought to New York for the world to see, and dubbed the Eighth Wonder of the World. But when the King escapes from his shackles, and runs rampant in the city, they must confront the dilemma of stopping the beast!
