The project is being developed by Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. chairman Andre Link with John Dunning. The two were partners in Cinepix Film Properties, the precursor to Lions Gate Films, and have teamed on such features as "Buffalo '66" and "The Daytrippers." The original draft of the "Flight" screenplay was penned by Gary Parker and Tom Lavangnino, with rewriting done by Dunning and Lorenzo Orzari. No director is on board "Flight."
